Capability boundaries
Battery health is best effort on macOS and Linux. Windows battery health, GPU utilization, SMART disk health, native window visibility and malware detection are not implemented. macOS diagnostic metadata is supported; Windows/Linux diagnostic providers are not. macOS app uninstall supports reviewed, exact bundle-owned paths; use the operating-system uninstaller on Windows and Linux.
Cross-platform Python code is included. This release has been verified on Linux; macOS and Windows need on-device acceptance testing before release.
